Travel Time

Travel time is charged to help compensate the time it takes our staff to get to your location and then back to park the truck. They are working while driving to and from your location and must be compensated. Travel Time Charge is a flat rate and only covers half or less of the actual time it takes our staff to travel within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. We cover the rest of the costs to keep a healthy balance between customer costs and worker satisfaction.

Travel Time is only charged for one way travel, not two way.
